The state-of-the-art fitness center is located in our clubhouse which is centrally located to ensure easy access for all residents of the community. This is not your average apartment complex gym. This is a fully-fledged workout facility equipped with every essential piece of workout equipment.

Designed to save you money and time by not having to hassle over monthly gym memberships, the Aria fitness center has everything you could want when it comes to getting fit.

Our cardio machines include treadmills, ellipticals, stair masters and stationary bikes allowing you to pick whichever best fits your cardio routine. Strategically chosen machine weights give you a plethora of options like our Matrix Smith Machine, Matrix 5 Stack Multi Station and Matrix Aura Series machines. Free weight bench racks, dumbbells and a power rack provide the true test of stability and strength that are often not featured in apartment complex gyms.

There is even an entire room dedicated to our Wellbeats virtual fitness program that allows residents to partake in a number of fitness classes held through our Wellbeats portal.

Resort Style Pools & hot tub

Our Crescendo Deck features not one but two full size resort pools and an accompanying hot tub for the ultimate relaxation experience. Alongside these pools are a number of community grills with seating areas for those looking to enjoy dinner out on the deck. To cap off the deck is a fire pit with surrounding seats making it the perfect place to get cozy and hangout with friends and family.

The California style pool is perfect for laying out in one of our lounge chairs or letting the kids play in the shallow water. Our Oasis pool is a more traditional pool designed for both swimming and relaxing. The diversity of our pools gives residents the luxury of choosing how they’d like to enjoy their fun in the sun!

Open year-round, our jumbo hot tub offers the comfort of warmth in the winter and the peaceful tranquility of deep relaxation while watching summer sunsets fade away.

Lake, Trails & outdoor space

Aria is the only complex in Columbia that is adjacent to a 40 acre lake and 1.4 mile surrounding trail. The lake and trail are a part of the 140 acre Philips Park making Aria a dream apartment complex for anyone loving outdoor recreation.

The park and lake create breathtaking views from many of our apartments and allow for easily accessible outdoor activities like fishing, hiking and boating. The abundant green makes us the premiere property for pet owners as well. Whether it’s taking them for a walk around the lake or playing fetch in the open fields, Aria is truly a haven for both pets and their owners.
